Meet Jesus Garcia, Master Electrician & Founder
With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, Jesus Garcia brings a wealth of knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication to every project. Since beginning his electrical career in 2010, Jesus has built a reputation for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical solutions across a wide range of industries.
Jesus spent the first six years of his career completing a rigorous apprenticeship while working primarily on medical facilities throughout the Houston area. During this time, he contributed to several notable projects, including electrical work for the scoreboard at the University of Houston Cougar Stadium and the field house at Rice Stadium.
After earning his Journeyman Electrician license in 2016, Jesus set out to expand his expertise by traveling across the United States, primarily along theo the East Coast, to the midwest. His commitment to continuous growth exposed him to some of the nation's most complex and demanding electrical projects. Over the years, he has worked on solar farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), data centers—including CloudHQ and the Vandelay project—power generation facilities, switchyards, relay control houses, and critical government-vetted facilities such as the power plant serving the U.S. Capitol Building and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
His experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including renewable energy, mission-critical infrastructure, utility power systems, industrial facilities, healthcare, and commercial construction. These opportunities allowed Jesus to develop the advanced technical skills and leadership experience that ultimately led to earning his Master Electrician license in 2025.
That year Jesus founded EverReady Joule Power Solutions on hard work, integrity, and family. The name honors his children—“EverReady” for his son Everett and “Joule” for his daughter, inspired by his love of electricity. He’s committed to reliable, affordable, professional electrical services for local homes and businesses.
Today, Jesus combines large-scale industrial expertise with a customer-first approach, ensuring every client receives the same level of quality, safety, and attention to detail that has defined his career from the very beginning.
