Scope of Work
The scope of work for any project or service call will be based on the written estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or agreement provided by EverReady Joule Power Solutions LLC.Any work not specifically listed in the written scope may be considered additional work and may require a change order, revised estimate, or separate authorization.Unless specifically stated in writing, estimates may exclude items such as:PermitsInspection feesUtility company feesEngineeringDrywall repairPaintingConcrete repairRoofing repairTrenchingLandscaping restorationEquipment rentalAfter-hours workEmergency serviceHidden condition repairsWork required by inspectors, utilities, or authorities having jurisdiction
Scheduling and Access
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability, job requirements, customer communication, weather, supplier availability, permitting, inspections, and other business conditions.Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, electrical equipment, panels, attic spaces, crawl spaces, meters, gates, parking areas, and any other areas needed to perform the work.Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, pets, blocked equipment, other trades, customer changes, or incomplete site readiness may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property, electrical system, service needs, site conditions, ownership or authorization to request work, and any known issues.Customers are also responsible for securing permission from property owners, landlords, HOAs, property managers, general contractors, tenants, or other responsible parties when applicable.EverReady Joule Power Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information.
Permits, Codes, and Inspections
Electrical work may be subject to applicable codes, permits, inspections, utility requirements, and local authority requirements.When permits are required, the responsibility for obtaining permits will be determined by the written agreement or project scope. Permit fees, inspection fees, utility fees, engineering fees, and related costs may be billed separately unless specifically included in writing.Work required by inspectors, utilities, engineers, property managers, HOAs, general contractors, or authorities having jurisdiction may result in additional charges if not included in the original scope.
Materials and Equipment
Materials, fixtures, devices, panels, breakers, lighting, generators, transfer switches, customer-supplied equipment, and other products may be subject to manufacturer availability, lead times, substitutions, warranty terms, and price changes.If a customer supplies materials or equipment, EverReady Joule Power Solutions LLC is not responsible for product defects, missing parts, improper specifications, lack of compatibility, manufacturer warranty issues, or delays caused by customer-supplied materials.We reserve the right to decline installation of unsafe, incompatible, damaged, counterfeit, non-listed, or improper materials.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be provided in the estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, or written agreement.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the agreed work or according to the terms stated on the invoice.Late payments, returned payments, unpaid balances, or collection-related matters may result in additional fees, interest where allowed by law, suspension of work, or collection action.
Deposits and Cancellations
Some projects may require a deposit before scheduling, ordering materials, reserving labor, or beginning work.Deposits may be used for project planning, administrative time, scheduling, material purchases, permitting, or other project-related costs. EverReady Joule Power Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, hidden defects, unsafe wiring, code violations, improper prior work, damaged equipment, overloaded circuits, inaccessible wiring, concealed conditions, structural issues, utility-side issues, or other conditions not caused by our company.If such conditions are discovered, additional work, cost, time, permits, inspections, or approvals may be required.
Emergency and Storm-Related Services
Emergency, urgent, storm-related, generator-related, outage-related, or after-hours service may be subject to availability and additional charges.EverReady Joule Power Solutions LLC does not guarantee immediate response, restoration of power, utility service availability, generator performance, or uninterrupted electrical service.Utility outages, utility equipment, weather conditions, fuel availability, customer-owned equipment, and utility company response times are outside our control.
